Project Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead software delivery projects from kickoff to launch. You will be the bridge between clients and our engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for web, mobile, and AI integration projects
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Run sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and client demos
- Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and handle change requests
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams - developers, designers, QA, and DevOps
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing software development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical literacy - understanding of software development lifecycle and basic architecture concepts
