About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive business growth and build long-term relationships with clients. You will identify new opportunities, lead the sales pipeline from first contact to contract signing, and collaborate closely with our delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the software development and AI integration space
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and outreach to negotiations and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling proposals and case studies
  • Track pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and report to leadership
  • Represent Midapt at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or software development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Polish is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Understanding of software development processes and technology trends
