Challenge & Solution
PayFlow - a fintech startup with European ambitions - needed a SaaS platform for payment management serving small and medium businesses. Their existing prototype couldn't handle the load, lack of multi-tenancy forced separate instances for each client, and onboarding a new customer took 2 weeks. Investors expected a scalable product before the next funding round.
We designed and built the SaaS platform from scratch: multi-tenant architecture with data isolation, microservices on Kubernetes, real-time analytics dashboard, integrations with payment gateways and banking systems. The platform now serves over 10,000 active users with 99.9% uptime, and new client onboarding takes under 5 minutes.
