AI adoption in businesses is accelerating rapidly - but most organizations are still in the early stages of deployment. Our report analyzes the state of AI in business based on data from 500+ companies across Poland and Europe, identifying key barriers, trends, and best practices.
The report was created in collaboration with industry experts and covers the period January-December 2025. It contains specific recommendations for companies at different stages of AI maturity - from first experiments to organization-wide scaling.
What we discovered
- 67% of companies in Poland plan to increase their AI budget in 2026, but only 23% have a formal AI strategy.
- Most commonly deployed use cases: chatbots (41%), document automation (35%), predictive analytics (28%).
- Average ROI from AI projects after 12 months is 340% - but 45% of pilot projects never make it to production.
- Biggest barriers: lack of AI talent (52%), unclear ROI (47%), data security concerns (41%).
- Companies with dedicated AI teams achieve 2.5x faster time-to-value than those relying solely on external vendors.
