Our hourly rate is EUR 33 net. A simple company website or app is usually EUR 1,200 - 2,800, a chatbot or AI pilot EUR 1,900 - 6,000, and a custom software MVP EUR 6,000 - 14,000. Maintenance starts at EUR 200 per month.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with companies from Lublin?
No. Our office is in Lublin and we are happy to meet companies from the region in person, but most projects run remotely for clients across Poland and Europe. The way we work stays the same: weekly demos, a shared repository and one contact person on our side.
Can we meet in person before the project starts?
Yes. The first conversation can take place at our office on Ceramiczna street, at your company or online. For larger projects we suggest an on-site discovery workshop where we walk through processes, requirements and priorities together, and then prepare an estimate split into stages.
How long does it take to build an app or system?
Simple apps and MVPs usually take from a few weeks to three months; larger systems take longer and are delivered in stages. We show the first working version as early as possible, so that decisions about further features are based on a real product rather than only on a specification.
Can you take over an existing system from another vendor?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, infrastructure and documentation to assess the state of the system and the risks. Then we propose a plan: maintenance with gradual fixes, or modernisation of selected modules. We describe this approach in more detail in our legacy migration guide.
Who owns the code once the project is finished?
The client. The contract transfers the economic copyright to the code for the specified fields of use, and the repository, infrastructure access and documentation are on your side from the start. This lets you develop the system later with your own team or another partner.
