A mid-sized consulting firm was spending countless hours on manual client assessments — gathering data through interviews, analyzing responses in spreadsheets, and producing reports that took days to compile. The process was error-prone, inconsistent between consultants, and simply could not scale with their growing client base.
They needed a SaaS platform that would automate the assessment workflow using AI, provide consistent and data-driven recommendations, and serve multiple enterprise clients simultaneously through a multi-tenant architecture — all while keeping sensitive business data isolated and secure.
How we delivered
We designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform on Laravel with OpenAI API integration at its core. The system automates client intake questionnaires, analyzes responses using AI to generate tailored recommendations, and produces professional reports in minutes instead of days. Each tenant gets their own branded workspace with custom assessment templates.
The admin layer was built with Filament, giving the consulting firm complete control over AI prompts, assessment flows, and client management. We implemented role-based access control, audit logging, and a billing system with usage-based pricing. The platform runs on a containerized infrastructure for reliability and easy scaling.
