A mid-size recruitment agency managing 200+ open positions across 15 clients was drowning in spreadsheets. Candidate tracking, interview scheduling, client reporting, and contract management were all manual processes spread across email, Excel, and Google Docs — leading to lost candidates, missed deadlines, and frustrated clients.
They needed a centralized recruitment portal where recruiters could manage the full hiring pipeline, clients could track progress on their positions, and candidates could submit applications and schedule interviews — all in one place with proper role-based access.
How we delivered
We built a comprehensive HR & recruitment portal on Laravel with Filament as the admin panel framework. The system includes a full applicant tracking system (ATS) with pipeline stages, drag-and-drop Kanban boards, automated email notifications at each stage, and interview scheduling with calendar integration.
The client portal gives hiring managers real-time visibility into their open positions, candidate shortlists, and time-to-hire metrics. We automated report generation, contract templating with e-signatures, and integrated with LinkedIn and job boards for candidate sourcing. Role-based access ensures recruiters, managers, and clients see only what they should.
