How we delivered
We developed a secure client portal using Laravel with Filament for the admin layer. The document management system supports upload, versioning, and digital signing workflows. Each client has a dedicated dashboard showing their active cases with status timelines, upcoming deadlines, and associated documents. The billing module provides transparent cost breakdowns and payment history.
Security was paramount: all data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is controlled through multi-factor authentication, and comprehensive audit logs track every document access and message. The secure messaging system replaces email for all sensitive communications. The platform is fully GDPR compliant with data retention policies and right-to-erasure workflows.
