Problem we solved
ZenTouch, a popular spa and massage studio, was handling all bookings by phone. During peak hours, the phone line was constantly busy, causing potential clients to give up and book elsewhere. The staff spent more time managing the schedule than providing services, and no-shows were eating into revenue with no way to send automated reminders.
The studio needed a complete digital booking solution that would work 24/7, reduce no-shows through automated reminders, build client loyalty through a rewards program, and improve their online visibility to attract new customers from Google searches.
How we delivered
We built a custom booking platform on Laravel with an elegant, spa-themed interface. The system features a real-time availability calendar, service and therapist selection, and a smooth booking flow that takes under 60 seconds. Automated SMS and email reminders are sent 24 hours and 2 hours before appointments, dramatically reducing no-shows.
A client portal allows returning customers to manage their bookings, view visit history, and track loyalty points that convert to discounts. We integrated the platform with Google Business Profile for direct booking from search results and maps. The admin panel gives staff full control over schedules, services, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
